Supalai Public Company Limited is intensively sharing real estate knowledge by welcoming two medium and small-sized real estate development companies (SMEs) to continue the Big Brother project for the 7th season, marking the 6th consecutive year.This initiative aims to facilitate knowledge exchange between large and small organizations to create a ripple effect in the housing industry development at all levels, truly addressing every customer need.

Mr. Rajchai Piyawajanusorn, Assistant Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated that in 2023, Supalai remains the only leading real estate company in the country taking on the role of a "mentor" in the "Big Brother" project organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce. This year, they have shared their real estate expertise and success tips with two mentee companies, B More Estate Co., Ltd. and Sopon Tower House Co., Ltd., which operate in the regional real estate development sector in Prachinburi and Phichit provinces. The goal is to enhance and exchange housing knowledge among each other without viewing each other as business competitors. Furthermore, they are committed to being part of creating sustainability for Thai real estate operators, demonstrating the ability to create business opportunities alongside benefiting all sectors of society.

Ms. Sawaluck Nakphatarapong and Ms. Jinnjutha Phuwadechanikun, Managing Directors of B More Estate Co., Ltd., revealed their reasons for continuing to participate in the project for the second consecutive year upon learning that Supalai would still be the mentoring company. They were impressed by the various useful recommendations they received last year, such as establishing their own In-House Marketing team, adding important departments, and developing after-sales systems, which strengthened the company's management and led to increased sales compared to the previous year. This year, Supalai invited them to visit the Supalai Ville Sriracha - Bo Win and Supalai Park Ville Pattaya - Sukhumvit projects in Chonburi, which are similar to B More's projects in Prachinburi, where some of their customers are also employees of industrial estates. This allows them to learn from Supalai's advice and apply it to their future projects.

Mr. Sopon Ingkonnin, Director of Sopon Tower House Co., Ltd., a real estate developer in Phichit province for over 10 years, stated that he has heard good things about Supalai for a long time since graduating from the Civil Engineering Department at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. He has also read articles and admired the knowledge and capabilities of Dr. Prateep Tangmatitham, the Executive Chairman of Supalai Public Company Limited, who is an architect and started the business by designing projects himself. After participating in Big Brother, he was pleasantly surprised because Supalai provided not just basic real estate business advice but also Mr. Rajchai and the Supalai team visited his project in Phichit province, offering detailed guidance as if they were the project owners themselves. This provided him with unexpected knowledge and new perspectives, encouraging him to tackle more challenging problems and step out of his comfort zone.
