(a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate Group), congratulated and awarded certificates to 40 students who completed training in the AP OPEN HOUSE program for the year 2023, the best internship program in the country, now in its 8th consecutive year. Additionally, 4 outstanding student representatives were selected for a study tour in Japan with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., AP's partner, reinforcing the commitment under the main concept because real life is more than theory and that internships must be the best. This is part of the strategy under the 2023 AP INCLUSIVE GROWTH plan, driving PEOPLE & SOCIAL to grow together by continuing the intention to be an organization that prioritizes human potential development, providing future skills, and supporting everyone to live a good life of their own choosing through ongoing projects (held at AP Academy Lab, a comprehensive design lab for real estate learning, recently).

AP OPEN HOUSE is an intensive internship program by AP that has garnered overwhelming interest from students across Thailand and is now in its 8th year. It remains committed to developing the program for effectiveness, promoting endless learning, and keeping pace with the rapidly changing modern world through the design of products, services, and innovations in the real estate context. Participating students will gain real experience through hands-on work over 2 months. Moreover, each year features unique highlights, and this year (2023), participants will learn about housing design under the concept of Inclusive Living, a principle of housing design for everyone. Upon completion of the program, they will receive a certificate from AP Academy, and 4 students with outstanding internship performance will have the opportunity to study in Japan with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. for free throughout the program.
