Nirvana Development is transforming the condominium landscape with the unique project “The MOST Rattanathibet,” a new landmark for living in the Rattanathibet area of Nonthaburi. Previously, the company focused on developing luxury low-rise residential projects, including the Banyan Tree Residence Riverside Bangkok, and is now moving towards more accessible condominium pricing in the affordable modern premium segment.
“The development of The MOST Rattanathibet is part of Nirvana's strategy to achieve rapid growth in the real estate business and to introduce new projects that cover all segments. Rattanathibet is a location with high potential and rapid growth, especially after the opening of the MRT Purple Line. The MOST Rattanathibet project consists of a 45-story building with 1,832 units on a 5-0-84 rai plot along Rattanathibet Road, valued at 5.4 billion baht. The units include 1-bedroom apartments of 24 square meters, 1-bedroom apartments of 28 square meters, 1-bedroom plus units of 35 square meters, double-space 1-bedroom units of 24 square meters, double-space 1-bedroom units of 28 square meters, and double-space 1-bedroom plus units of 35 square meters, with prices starting at 1.79 million baht. The project has already passed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and construction is planned to begin in late 2023, with completion expected in 2026.

Mr. Ronchai Traisunan, Chief Operating Officer of Nirvana Development Public Company Limited, discussed the design concept, stating that The MOST Rattanathibet is developed under the idea of ‘The happiest life… in every aspect of living,’ providing complete convenience from location to the project itself. The large common area of over 5,000 square meters features more than 100 amenities to support diverse lifestyles, following the slogan “100 functions, 1,000 lifestyles.” With newly designed units featuring double-space functionality and ceilings up to 4.3 meters high, residents can enjoy increased living space with double-height areas.

“The highlight of the double-space concept is that we provide more space, allowing for an increase of 50-70%, making it more versatile and comfortable for various functions,” Mr. Ronchai added.
Additionally, the project offers comprehensive amenities, starting from the ground floor, which includes a badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, and lobby areas for welcoming guests and working, featuring co-working spaces and meeting rooms.
