Britania's Bold Plans for the Second Half of the Year: Launching 16 New Projects Worth 17.5 Billion Baht, Targeting Every Segment in the Housing Market, Focusing on Western Bangkok
In early 2023, Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) announced its B To The Top plan to launch the highest number of new projects since the company's inception, totaling 20 projects worth 22.5 billion baht, covering all segments across 10 provinces nationwide. This marks a significant operational plan to watch closely. In the first half of the year, Britania achieved over 5.385 billion baht in sales (pre-sales), reflecting a positive response from the housing market in provincial areas after launching a pilot project. As for the second half of the year, the company is preparing for a major push.

Mr. Surin Sahachato Phokanant, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), a developer of housing projects under the concept "CRAFT a life you love," stated that in the first half of 2023, the company achieved accumulated sales or pre-sales of 5.385 billion baht, an 8% growth. They have already launched 4 new projects in 4 provinces, including Britania Malivanh (Khon Kaen), Britania Ayutthaya (Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya), Britania Theparak-Srinakarin (Samut Prakan), and Britania Bangna Km.39 (Chachoengsao), with a total project value of approximately 5 billion baht. The response from the provincial housing market has exceeded expectations and has been very satisfactory.
“In the first half of the year, we launched a limited number of new projects for several reasons: 1. We wanted to focus on new locations where Britania is expanding its market for the first time. 2. The overall economy in the second half is expected to recover continuously and perform better than the first half, driven by a fully recovering tourism sector and a new government actively promoting the economy, which may include supportive policies or measures to stimulate the real estate sector. 3. The second half of the year, especially the fourth quarter, is typically the high season for the real estate business, with consumers more willing to spend compared to the first half due to various factors,” Mr. Surin said.
In the second half of 2023, Britania plans to launch a substantial number of new housing projects, with 16 projects worth over 17.5 billion baht, covering single houses, twin houses, and townhomes across all brands, segments, and price ranges from 2.5 to 50 million baht. The focus will be on the western side of Bangkok, with 9 projects planned.
Mr. Surin further mentioned that Britania is considered a “leader in location” for housing developments on the eastern side of Bangkok, with ongoing positive responses to its projects. Since expanding to the western side in 2021, the company has also received overwhelming responses. The success in the first half of 2023 allowed them to sell out 2 additional projects: Grand Britania Bangna Km.12 and Britania Kukot Station. In the second half of this year, the company will expand into every potential location, particularly in the western Bangkok market.
“We began our expansion into the western side in 2021, both in Bangkok and Nonthaburi. We have seen a continuous increase in demand for housing in the western part of Bangkok across all price levels, prompting us to plan the launch of residential projects in the western area this year, covering all 4 brands with a total of 9 projects: 1. Belgravia Nakhon In, 2. Belgravia Phutthamonthon Sai 3, 3. Grand Britania Thawi Watthana, 4. Grand Britania Chaiprakiet-Chaeng Watthana, 5. Britania Westgate, 6. Britania Muang Thong-Chaeng Watthana, 7. Britania Ratchaphruek, 8. Brighton Ratchaphruek-Kanchanaphisek, and 9. Brighton Ratchaphruek 345. We believe these will meet the needs of consumers in every segment,” he added.

Meanwhile, other areas of Bangkok will see 1-3 projects each, starting with 3 projects on the eastern side: 1. Britania Bangna-Theparak, 2. Britania Sriwalee, 3. Britania Sukhumvit-Bearing; 2 projects on the southern side: 1. Grand Britania Ring Road-Pracha Uthit, 2. Britania Pracha Uthit 90. Additionally, there will be 2 more projects in provincial areas: 1. Grand Britania Rayong, 2. Britania Home Bangna-Bang Pakong.

Meticulous “Craft” Work with English Style Design Across Various Locations
Britania continues its concept of English-style design, carefully selecting architectural styles from various cities to blend with the unique characteristics of each location, building on the idea of “CRAFT a life you love.” Each project thus features elements such as curves, openings, window frames, architectural columns, and timeless color tones. Furthermore, every part of the house is crafted based on the principle of Crafted Design for All Generations to ensure that the home meets the lifestyle needs of every family member, with internal functions considering well-being.
“We are expanding into multiple locations simultaneously, but each location will share common points: 1. We intentionally select project locations that truly meet the lifestyle needs of that area and connect to other areas. 2. Meticulous design that pays attention to customer insights. 3. Price levels that align with the demands of the location. We believe that what our team has studied and prepared will genuinely enhance the value and quality of life for consumers,” Mr. Surin concluded.
As for Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), it is a developer of housing projects under the vision of CRAFT a life you love, developing single houses, new series homes, and townhomes that cater to all consumer segments under 4 main brands: 1. Belgravia (luxury single houses priced between 20-50 million baht), 2. Grand Britania (high-end single and twin houses priced between 8-20 million baht), 3. Britania (mid-end single, twin houses, and townhomes priced between 4-8 million baht), and 4. Brighton (entry-level single, twin houses, and townhomes priced between 2.5-4 million baht).
