"BuilderSmart" partners with "Saint-Gobain" to launch the "Saint-Gobain Center" Comprehensive Solution Center located on Rama 3 Road, constructed using high-quality modular semi-prefabricated building technology by SM Units, which is one of BuilderSmart's new businesses.

Mr. Sanchai Neungsit, Chief Executive Officer of BuilderSmart Public Company Limited (BSM), a manufacturer and distributor of quality construction products and innovations, including the design and construction of prefabricated buildings, revealed that the company has collaborated with Saint-Gobain Thailand to launch the Saint-Gobain Center, a showcase and service center featuring a comprehensive range of construction products and systems for both the exterior and interior of buildings.

Additionally, the company introduced the SM (Smart Modular) semi-prefabricated building construction technology in a modular format, which is an innovation from BSM, utilizing Saint-Gobain products to construct homes with complete ceiling and fire-resistant wall systems, using fire stop panels, curved wall systems, and Glasroc X panels that can bear weight comparable to brick and mortar. Habito panels are also used in various wall systems, while the exterior areas are tiled and grouted with Weber products, along with waterproofing systems for roofs and terraces.

“The highlight of the prefabricated buildings is the use of intelligent system products, or SM Automation & Security, which allows for remote control of various electrical appliances, air conditioning, and security systems, such as digitally controlled doors and surveillance cameras that can be monitored via mobile phones, including the ability to set timers for operation,” said Mr. Sanchai.

The semi-prefabricated buildings feature a modern design, can be constructed with quality, require less construction time, and allow for budget and timeline control. The prefabricated building sizes start from 18 square meters, with a selling price of 27,000 baht per square meter, catering to customers such as resort owners, healthcare facilities, mobile bank branches, and multipurpose rooms that can be converted into meeting rooms or beauty salons.

Ms. Siwaraya Sritirat, Chief Executive Officer of Saint-Gobain Thailand Limited, a provider of design, manufacturing, and distribution of products along with various solutions under the brands “Gyproc” and “Weber,” stated that the Saint-Gobain Center will be located at the BuilderSmart office on Rama 3 Road. It will serve as a comprehensive solution service center for construction products and systems, including ceiling systems, gypsum wall systems, thermal insulation, glass for residential and commercial buildings, as well as cement adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and construction chemicals for building and repair works.

Furthermore, the Saint-Gobain Center will play a role as a service center providing consultation and recommendations for complete construction products and systems for customers in the construction industry.
