This occasion marks the company's receipt of the EDGE Champion award, a global building certification standard from the International Finance Corporation, a financial institution within the World Bank Group. The IFC aims to promote and support private sector investments, particularly in projects that contribute to economic development in developing countries. SA is the first real estate company in Thailand to achieve this standard. The event took place at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit recently.
