SAM, a Thai asset management company, has launched the promotion 'SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share' to boost sales in the second half of the year, offering a 2% referral fee, or up to 100,000 baht, to those who refer new customers to purchase NPA (Non-Performing Assets).

Mr. Tharathorn Techakijkachorn, Managing Director of Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM), revealed that SAM has introduced the latest promotion 'SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share' to stimulate sales and increase channels for selling Non-Performing Assets (NPA). SAM will pay a referral fee to those who bring in new customers to purchase NPA located nationwide, with a selling price not exceeding 1 million baht, at a rate of 2% per property. For properties in the three southern border provinces, namely Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and four districts of Songkhla, including Chana, Na Thawi, Thepa, and Sabayoi, there is no price limit for all listings. SAM will pay a referral fee at a rate of 2% or up to 100,000 baht, starting today until December 29, 2023. Interested referrers must register 30 days in advance, with conditions set by SAM.

“This promotion offers a 2% referral fee or up to 100,000 baht per property to individuals who refer new customers who have never purchased NPA from SAM before. SAM is including a variety of NPAs in this promotion, such as single houses, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, vacant land, warehouses/factories, totaling 1,295 listings with a combined value of approximately 570 million baht. SAM hopes this promotion will significantly help clear inventory and increase our NPA sales channels,” Mr. Tharathorn added.
