Mr. Jarun Kasorn, Chief Operating Officer of Thanasiri Group Public Company Limited (THANA), discussed the plan to care for Thanasiri homeowners, stating, "Currently, we are developing online communication channels for the convenience of homeowners through the online world (LINE OA) under the name THANA CARE, providing all services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This aims to cover and maximize benefits for homeowners in every aspect, aligning with the concept of 'Thanasiri takes care of you' at every stage of living. We will always be by your side, allowing you to carry THANA CARE services with you anywhere, anytime through your mobile device."

THANA CARE originated from a commitment to develop and enhance the quality of life in living environments. We have designed services to assist residents in making every problem convenient and easy to address. These services cover everything from contacting staff, maintenance, residence regulations, public announcements, various public services, to booking fitness services. Additionally, if homeowners need advice or guidance regarding their homes, they should think of THANA CARE.
“The future plan for THANA CARE, beyond basic service needs, also aims to meet the demands of customers interested in comprehensive home improvement and decoration. This reinforces our service understanding of every aspect of living. Currently, this communication channel has approximately 49% of both existing and new homeowners joining as friends in THANA CARE, with expectations to increase to 100% of all homeowners in the Thanasiri community by the end of 2023.
