Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest hotel franchise company and a leading management service provider with over 1,600 hotels across 20 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific, has signed two new franchise agreements with investment firm Fulcrum Ventures Asia for a 183-room hotel project under the Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 brand and another 91 rooms under the Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Ten Ekamai Residences.

This agreement marks the first collaboration between Wyndham and Fulcrum Ventures Asia, reinforcing the trust and confidence the company continues to receive from business owners and new partners seeking proven operational support and commercial expertise to enhance revenue and growth opportunities. This partnership comes ahead of the peak tourist season, which is expected to benefit from the reopening of borders nationwide. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) anticipates over 30 million foreign tourists will visit the country this year, doubling the occupancy rate compared to 2022 and signaling ongoing investment demand in the industry.

Both Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 and Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Ten Ekamai Residences are expected to open in June 2023, marking Wyndham's 21st and 22nd hotels in Thailand and the 8th and 9th in Bangkok, respectively. Both hotels will capitalize on the strong recovery of the tourism sector in Thailand and will provide premium experiences for business and leisure guests, featuring local-inspired designs and decor.
