The design concept is advised by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (Thailand) or SOM (Thailand), a leading global design firm, in collaboration with Design 103 International, a long-established Thai architectural firm with numerous masterpiece buildings, and Tandem Architects, a leading Thai architectural firm specializing in high-rise buildings. Shma, a leading landscape architecture firm specializing in ecology and environment, serves as the landscape consultant, while DWP (Thailand), a leading interior design firm, acts as the interior decoration consultant, and Aurecon Consulting (Thailand), a leader in design services, provides consulting and management for electrical and mechanical systems. The goal is to create a luxury office building with cutting-edge design that blends world-class architecture with Thai cultural art, evident in the angled panels on the building's façade, which are designed to harmonize with Thailand's climate by reducing heat from sunlight entering the building.
