Mr. Kwinth Eamsakulrat, Managing Director of Ally REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the Ally Real Estate Investment Trust, or ALLY REIT revealed that after the performance of ALLY REIT for the year 2022 was successful, with revenue reaching 1,592.2 million baht, a growth of 41.2%, and a profit of 619.4 million baht, an increase of 61.2%. This success is attributed to consumer spending returning to normal and increased investments in new properties, which has led to significant recognition of the ALLY trust fund from both Thai and international investors, including various reputable foreign certification institutions. Recently, the International Finance Institute, a renowned certification body in the investment and real estate finance sector from the UK and the United Arab Emirates, awarded 2 major awards in the real estate category (Real Estate Award) to the ALLY Trust for both Best REIT Portfolio Management - Retail - Thailand 2023 and Most Innovative REIT Management - Retail - Thailand 2023.

Best REIT Portfolio Management - Retail - Thailand 2023 was awarded to the trust for its diverse management projects, stable cash flow, and consistently high returns compared to other trusts in similar industries.
