Nirvana Development is moving forward with the launch of “Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha,” a new premium townhome project valued at 880 million baht in the Krungthep Kreetha area, a prime location for high-end urban living. This project addresses the needs of the new generation who want to live in the city, seeking residences with more usable space, diverse functions, and distinctive designs that perfectly reflect their identities.

Mr. Sorasak Somwattana, Chief Executive Officer of Nirvana Development Public Company Limited (NVD), stated that the “Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha” (Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha) project is an extension of the success of the Nirvana Define brand, offering premium townhomes that are more than just detached houses. This marks the launch of the second Nirvana Define project in the newly developed Krungthep Kreetha area, following the high success of the first project.

“Nirvana Define townhomes meet the demands of the new generation looking for urban residences with large usable spaces, convenient transportation, and comprehensive amenities for everyday living. Importantly, we have redesigned the townhomes to better suit urban dwellers, with larger usable areas and increased green spaces within the homes, making life in a townhome no different from living in a detached house,” Mr. Sorasak said.

Additionally, the design of the living spaces considers the New Normal lifestyle, incorporating workspaces and relaxation areas, as well as spacious private areas, ensuring that the functionality of Nirvana Define townhomes rivals that of detached houses, which may require longer commutes from the city.

The “Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha” project is the third of nine new projects to be launched in 2023, following the Nirvana Absolute Ekkamai-Ramintra and Krungthep Kreetha projects, as per Nirvana Development's business plan. The project is situated on a 9-rai plot along the new Krungthep Kreetha road, consisting of 83 three-story townhome units priced between 8 to 15 million baht, with pre-sales scheduled for May 6-7 this year. It features a new definition of townhome living with a rooftop garden and unique designs that connect all feelings, allowing natural light and air to flow, perfectly aligning with the lifestyle of the new generation.

Mr. Sorasak further stated that the demand for townhomes in the Krungthep Kreetha area continues to grow, as the new generation seeks residences with more usable space. Even with the New Normal lifestyle post-COVID crisis, they still desire living locations in or near the city to maintain their lifestyle without significant changes.

Most residential projects along the new Krungthep Kreetha road are positioned in the upper market segment, ranging from Luxury to Super Luxury, due to soaring land prices. However, Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha is the only townhome project in this area that offers urban convenience to customers while providing functionalities comparable to detached houses.

“We are confident that Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha will receive a positive response from homebuyers and achieve sales success similar to other Nirvana projects,” Mr. Sorasak concluded.
