Noble Development has unveiled its roadmap for 2023, planning to expand its low-rise housing portfolio. In the second quarter, the company will launch two ULTRA LUXURY projects, starting with NOBLE TERRA RAMA9 – EKAMAI and NOBLE AQUA RIVERFRONT RATBURANA, highlighting the unique design of single-family homes in exclusive, rare locations in the heart of the New CBD and along the Chao Phraya River.
