Impact Ventures into Restaurant Business with Plans to Revamp, Expand, and Introduce New Services, Targeting 3 Billion Baht in Revenue by 2026
"Impact" is venturing into the restaurant business, focusing on two strategies to boost revenue by revamping restaurants at Impact Muang Thong Thani and introducing new concepts. The company is launching the authentic Japanese restaurant brand, Tsubohachi, and the Hong Kong coffee chain, The Coffee Academics, while expanding branches outside the center to increase revenue from various restaurant services, including catering and delivery. They aim to achieve 3 billion baht in restaurant revenue by 2026.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, CEO of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. stated that the overall restaurant business in Thailand is growing as tourism picks up and locals are increasingly dining out. According to Kasikorn Research Center, the food industry in Thailand is expected to grow by 2.7-4.5% this year compared to 2022, with a market value of approximately 418-425 billion baht.
This year, the company's business direction will focus on two main strategies for growth: 1. Revamping and expanding new branches. Restaurants located at Impact Muang Thong Thani will primarily focus on renovations, such as updating the restaurant designs and creating dining zones to accommodate gatherings among friends, especially for international events that are increasingly hosted at Impact Muang Thong Thani.
Meanwhile, the expansion of branches outside Impact Muang Thong Thani will continue, focusing on two restaurant groups: the Japanese restaurant brand Tsubohachi, which recently opened its 7th branch at Robinson Lifestyle Ratchaphruek in mid-March, and The Coffee Academics, which will emphasize opening more kiosk-style outlets in office buildings.
Secondly, the company plans to develop new services from the restaurant business, such as catering and delivery services through applications like Line Man, Grab, Food Panda, and Robinhood, with each restaurant offering different menus.

This push into the restaurant business is believed to enhance the experience for visitors at the center while expanding the customer base, which will lead to increased revenue from the restaurant sector, aligning with the plan to reach 3 billion baht in restaurant revenue by 2026.
