CMC Condo Boom: Booking Exceeds 100 Million Baht at the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair
Dr. Wichian Pathayanant, Chief Executive Officer of Chao Phraya Mahakarn Public Company Limited CMC, a real estate developer in prime locations, revealed that "At the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair, CMC successfully increased bookings by over 100 million baht by showcasing highlight condominium projects along the BTS line targeting the Young Gen demographic who seek ready-to-move-in condos close to their workplaces, thereby increasing personal time and reducing travel expenses. The project with the highest bookings this time is Chateau In Town Ratchayothin, valued at 980 million baht, a new condominium near Ratchayothin station currently under construction and expected to generate revenue in Q2. The Ratchayothin area continues to gain popularity as the New CBD of Bangkok, offering convenient transportation and proximity to BTS Senanikom station and the bustling Lat Phrao intersection, surrounded by large employment hubs and numerous lifestyle venues.
Additionally, CMC has launched a new condominium project, CYBIQ Rama 9 - Ramkhamhaeng 24, valued at 300 million baht, catering to pet lovers, and CYBIQ Ratchada 32, valued at 660 million baht. Both projects target the campus condo market and have garnered interest from parents and civil servants for both residence and investment, with expected handover by the end of this year.

As for the pre-sale condominium project Cerocco Bangna, it is CMC's first venture into the Bangna market, located on Bangna-Trad Road opposite Central Bangna, near Bitec Bangna and Mega Bangna, as well as the new world-class shopping center, Bangkok Mall, which will become a significant landmark in Thailand. Bangna is recognized as a high-demand area, conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi Airport and connected to the Eastern Industrial Estate. Furthermore, there is a new project, The Cuvee Suksawat, near MRT Phra Pradaeng station, an extension of the Purple Line, with initial prices starting at 1.69 million baht*, which has attracted unexpected interest from event attendees.

For the ready-to-move-in condominium project, The Cuvee Tiwanon, valued at 2 billion baht, it continues to receive positive feedback and is the only condominium in the Tiwanon area adjacent to MRT Tiwanon station, offering 5-star service from Oakwood Suites Tiwanon Bangkok, which has officially launched its serviced residence. This allows customers to experience living in a condominium with 5-star service, and during the event, food and beverages were provided to create an engaging atmosphere, helping customers visualize and make decisions more easily.
By participating in the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair, CMC's customers showed a 50% increase in interest in purchasing condominiums, indicating a recovery signal in the condominium market. This may be due to the distribution of job opportunities around the projects, expansion, and increased hiring. CMC's projects are developed near BTS lines covering all of Bangkok, with adjustments made to living functions to better meet the lifestyle needs of modern individuals. During the event, CMC embraced the concept of helping Thais become 'homeowners' easily, offering promotions that resonate with customer needs, allowing them to choose gifts and discounts up to 500,000 baht*. Additionally, a team of financial advisors was available to provide consultation on loans to stimulate purchasing decisions and alleviate concerns about loan amounts and repayment capabilities."
