Additionally, the company is looking to acquire land for further project development, aiming for a total of 7 projects within 2023, with a combined project value of 6.35 billion baht (including around 1.7 billion baht allocated for land acquisition). It is anticipated that the real estate market in 2023 will grow in line with the economic recovery, while the company continues to prioritize the enhancement of product quality and after-sales service through "Chewa Care" to reinforce its position as the number one choice for customers in terms of quality and service.
