In 2023, the company will advance its business plan, LifeScape at a New Height, to enhance strength and potential for further growth, focusing on three main areas:
1. Solidify Residential-Scape to strengthen the core business.
2. Fortify LifeScape & PetScape to reinforce brand strengths.
3. Diversify Revenue to adjust the business type ratio while enhancing new business strengths.
1. Solidify Residential-Scape aims to strengthen the core business in various dimensions, achieving an All Time High with the most new project launches in the 24-year history, totaling 7 projects worth over 14.7 billion baht, divided into:
- Super Luxury High-rise Condominiums - 2 projects worth over 8.8 billion baht.
- Housing Developments - 5 projects worth over 5.9 billion baht.
In response to the recovering demand and economy post-COVID-19, New Brand and Segment will launch 5 new brands targeting diverse segments to meet the varied needs of consumers, including:


- Marquis - A super luxury condominium brand focused on wellness.
- Mayfield - Premium high-end townhomes designed for living amidst nature, priced between 12-30 million baht in the Pinklao and Ram Inthra areas.
- Mayfield Lane - Luxury single houses in the city center, priced between 30-60 million baht in the Ratchada - Ladprao area.
- Milford - High-end townhomes priced between 12-30 million baht in the Ladprao - Ramkhamhaeng area.
- 1 new brand will be a Super Luxury Limited Edition to be revealed in the future, priced from 60 million baht and located in the Pattanakarn area.





To expand the company's residential portfolio from the central business district (CBD) to the extended CBD and the outskirts of Greater Bangkok, the new projects this year will focus on high-demand locations such as Sukhumvit, Phrom Phong, Phaya Thai, Pattanakarn, Ladprao, and Ramkhamhaeng.
