Mr. Atthapol Surasithiphanthawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, a leader in delivering high-standard Living Solutions, discussed the company's achievements in the past year, 2022.

"This year has been another successful one for us, as we exceeded our sales targets, achieving new highs in both horizontal sales and total sales. Our horizontal sales reached 19,688 million baht, growing by 13% (YoY), while total sales amounted to 24,468 million baht, up 12% (YoY). In the fourth quarter of 2022, we recorded sales of 7,286 million baht, a 27% increase (YoY), achieving a new quarterly high, with horizontal sales hitting a record of 5,669 million baht, growing by 38% (YoY)."

In 2022, the company launched the most horizontal projects, totaling 25 projects with a total value of 37,460 million baht, of which 70% were homes priced over 10 million baht, and 30% were priced below 10 million baht. All projects were developed under the Human Centric concept, catering to the living needs of people across all generations. We successfully closed sales on 23 horizontal projects, with the Bangkok Boulevard brand receiving excellent feedback.

On the vertical side, we achieved sales of 4,780 million baht, growing by 8% (YoY), as the company expanded its customer base to include more Gen Y clients through the launch of the new Reference Sathorn-Wongwian Yai brand, which exceeded expectations. We also successfully closed sales on two quality condominiums: Centric Ratchayothin and Chambers On Nut Station.

Recently, the company received the award for The Most Powerful Brand in Real Estate 2022, marking the first year it has achieved this recognition. This award is based on survey results regarding brand awareness and trust, leading to SC's continuous growth in brand recognition, image, and customer satisfaction, fostering a loyal customer base and establishing itself as a strong leader in the housing sector, contributing to sales success.
