Britania or BRI has successfully closed its first bond offering for both series, totaling 1.5 billion baht, achieving its target after receiving strong demand from investors, reflecting confidence in the company's operational potential. This will enhance the company's financial strength to support new project developments and aim to become a Top 5 player in the housing development sector.

Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) revealed that the company has successfully met its target in its first bond offering, which was available for subscription on November 17, 18, and 21. There was significant interest from general investors, leading to a successful closure of both bond series, with a total offering value of 1.5 billion baht. The first bond series has a 2-year term with a fixed interest rate of 4.00% per annum, maturing in 2024, while the second series has a 3-year term with a fixed interest rate of 4.70% per annum, maturing in 2025, with interest payments made quarterly throughout the bond's duration. Both the company and the bonds received a credit rating of 'BBB' with a 'Stable' outlook from TRIS Rating on September 16, 2022.

The CEO of BRI further stated, "We would like to thank all investors for their trust and positive response, which is an impressive success that exceeded our expectations for the company's first bond offering. We also extend our gratitude to Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited, and Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Company Limited, who acted as underwriters for the bonds and facilitated a smooth bond offering process. The funds raised will be utilized effectively to enhance our business capabilities while continuing to create benefits for the community and considering all stakeholders involved," Ms. Suphalak said.

Britania, or BRI, is a horizontal property development company under the concept of 'CRAFT a life you love.' As of September 2022, the company has developed 27 projects with a total project value of 31.759 billion baht. In terms of recent performance, the company reported total revenue of 4.5555 billion baht for the first nine months of 2022, an increase of 62% compared to the same period last year, with a net profit of 1.0594 billion baht, up 134% year-on-year. The pre-sales for the nine-month period amounted to 7.84 billion baht, representing 71% of the sales target of 11 billion baht, and the company is confident in achieving its growth sales targets.
