  • One voucher is valid for one person's access to services.
  • Seating in the club lounge, restaurant, sunbeds, gym equipment, and facilities at the pool and fitness center are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check service availability with the hotel before use.
  • The club lounge voucher is valid for one-day access during club lounge operating hours, including free internet (Wi-Fi), beverages, and snacks provided by the lounge (may vary by hotel). This voucher does not include breakfast services at the club lounge, meeting room usage, or document printing services at the lounge.
  • The breakfast voucher is valid daily at the hotel restaurant for buffet or unlimited breakfast menu, including beverages normally provided by the restaurant in the package, and cannot be used for breakfast services at the hotel club lounge or any special dining venues of the hotel and resort.
  • The pool and fitness service voucher is valid for use from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM at AWC hotels in Bangkok only.
  • Bonus Infinite Points can be redeemed for digital vouchers in the Marketplace through the AWC Infinite Lifestyle app for other services at AWC hotels only.
