Nirvana is set to unveil its flagship brand project in the ultra-luxury single house segment, valued at over 6 billion baht, located on a prime site along the new Bangkok-Krit road. Additionally, the company is preparing to promote a new brand named "Nirvana Absolute," featuring three-story single and twin houses in three potential locations: Bangna, Ekkamai-Ramintra, and Bangkok-Krit, with a total value exceeding 3 billion baht. This will build on the success of the "Nirvana Define" brand, with a new project worth 1 billion baht in the Ekkamai-Ramintra area, maintaining the concept of "townhomes that are more than just single houses," which differentiates it from typical premium townhomes.

Mr. Sorasak Somwattana, CEO of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited (NVD), revealed that by the end of this year, the company plans to launch a flagship brand project in the ultra-luxury single house segment, priced between 70-120 million baht, with a project value of over 6 billion baht, located on a major road near a community mall that the company will also develop. This flagship project aims to cater to customers seeking residences in close proximity to the city, targeting the nouveau riche demographic looking for beautiful living experiences that reflect their identity, emphasizing the happiness of all generations living together in a quality community. It also addresses the needs of this customer segment by allowing them to customize functions and materials as desired, a hallmark of Nirvana's reputation over the years. The project will offer five house designs on land sizes ranging from 80-180 square wah, with usable areas of 500-1,000 square meters, priced at 70-120 million baht.

Furthermore, Nirvana is preparing to promote a new brand called “Nirvana Absolute,” featuring three-story single and twin houses in three prime locations: Bangna, Ekkamai-Ramintra, and Bangkok-Krit, with a total value exceeding 3 billion baht. This brand will operate under the concept of “the right home... in every feeling,” targeting young executives with a price range of 12-25 million baht. The design focuses on both the exterior and interior aesthetics, blending nature with a lifestyle of "sensitivity," emphasizing privacy, natural light, and green spaces within the home, along with functional spaces that meet modern living needs today and in the future. The unique facade design will reflect Nirvana's distinctive style on land sizes starting from 38-120 square wah, with usable areas of 210-329 square meters, priced at 12-25 million baht.

Another successful project is the premium townhome brand “Nirvana Define,” which has received excellent feedback from its last two projects. The first project, located in the Rama 9 area, sold out within just four days of its launch, gaining widespread attention. Following that, Nirvana Define launched another project on the new Bangkok-Krit road, which has also received great responses, with over 90% of sales already achieved. The new townhome design features a special function as the first townhome with a rooftop garden and easy-to-maintain green spaces, emphasizing usability for all age groups, especially with multipurpose rooms for the elderly. This redesign aims to meet customer needs and maximize the usability for residents. The Nirvana Define project in Ekkamai-Ramintra offers three house designs on land sizes starting from 21-50 square wah, with usable areas of 190-230 square meters, priced between 7.79-12 million baht.

With the premium townhome concept of “Nirvana Define” addressing both functional living needs and convenient urban locations, the company is confident that this new project will receive positive feedback from customers. Currently, there are over 300 registrations of interest in the project just days after its announcement on social media. Nirvana aims for sales of 300 million baht this year, accounting for 30% of the total project value.

“Currently, single-story homes are gaining more interest following the COVID-19 pandemic. Consumers' purchasing behavior has changed, with a greater emphasis on spending time at home, leading to a demand for more usable space that can be adapted for privacy and safety,” Mr. Sorasak stated. He also noted that housing prices are likely to rise in line with land and construction material costs in the future, even though many real estate companies are currently holding prices steady. Therefore, for consumers looking to buy homes for personal use or investment, this period presents a very favorable opportunity.

The company is confident that the plan to launch five new projects this year, with a total value exceeding 10 billion baht, will receive a positive response from customers due to the product segments and project locations being in high-demand areas with significant purchasing power from both Thai and foreign buyers. The company aims for sales of 2 billion baht within this year.
