Associate Professor Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA) revealed that the second bond issue of Sena Development Public Company Limited or SENA for the year 2022, which was offered for sale from September 12 to 14, received a very positive response from investors, allowing SENA to issue bonds as planned. This reflects the confidence in the company's operations, which has the potential for growth and is recognized for its achievements in the residential real estate development business.

SENA offered non-subordinated, unsecured bonds with a total value of 2 billion baht to the general public, divided into two series. The first series has a term of 2 years with a fixed interest rate of 4.00% per annum, valued at 470 million baht. The second series has a term of 3 years with a fixed interest rate of 4.70% per annum, valued at 1.53 billion baht. The bonds will pay interest every three months and have been rated at 'BBB' with a 'negative' outlook by Tris Rating Company. SENA will use the funds raised from this issuance to repay existing bonds that are maturing and to provide working capital for ongoing operations under the 'SENA NEXT' strategy, a new dimension towards sustainable growth, to achieve goals and grow robustly. This also reinforces the concept of MADE FROM HER, 'Thinking more carefully leads to a more comfortable life,' in developing products and services to maximize benefits for customers and stakeholders.

“SENA would like to thank all investors for their trust and continued interest in purchasing SENA bonds. We also extend our gratitude to the six bond distribution managers who contributed to this success, including Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, Asia Plus Securities Company Limited, and Krung Thai Xspring Securities Company Limited,” said Associate Professor Dr. Kesara.
