Additionally, the buildings in the Whizdom COEX project are designed as Smart Buildings, equipped with a Central Utilities Plant (CUP), an innovative air conditioning system that cools through chilled water pipes, helping to reduce temperatures and carbon dioxide emissions, along with an Automatic Parking system to facilitate residents.

Naturalization – Creating Green Spaces

MQDC is set to launch the Whizdom COEX Pinklao project, the first residential project under the Whizdom COEX brand, in a mixed-use condominium format on over 4 rai of land on Charansanitwong Road. The project consists of two towers located between the MRT Blue Line station at Bang Yi Khan, featuring COEX Space, a lifestyle community area within the project that caters to all aspects of life, allowing for living, working, studying, and all activities to coexist in this future space.
