BRI Secures Over 250 Million Baht in Pre-sales, Accelerates Portfolio Expansion for the Second Half of the Year, Highlighting ‘Britania - Grand Britania’ Brands Targeting the Mid to Upper Market
Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) is aggressively expanding its portfolio of horizontal housing projects in the second half of the year by promoting the “Britania” and “Grand Britania” brands to target mid to upper-market customers, aiming for a total pre-sale target of 11 billion baht this year. The company showcased a positive response from three new projects launched at the end of August, achieving over 250 million baht in pre-sales.

Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), stated that the company is confident it will achieve more sales (pre-sales) in the second half of the year compared to the first half and will meet its annual target of 11 billion baht due to the gradual recovery of the economy and consumer purchasing power. Additionally, this period is the high season for the real estate business when consumers typically look to purchase homes towards the end of the year. Therefore, the company plans to adopt a more proactive business strategy, expecting to launch projects in the second half worth over 10.7 billion baht.
“In the first half of the year, we launched two new projects as planned, receiving a very positive response. In the second half, we plan to accelerate the launch of additional projects, focusing on the ‘Britania’ and ‘Grand Britania’ brands, which are flagship offerings targeting mid to upper-market customers. These projects have been developed with designs, functions, and common areas that align with changing lifestyles, based on studies of lifestyle and housing issues, ensuring that Britania homes can meet the living needs of all generations effectively. We expect to receive feedback that is at least as good as the first half of the year,”

Operational Plan for Q3/2022 The company plans to gradually launch four more horizontal housing projects in Bangkok and its vicinity, focusing on locations near BTS or expressways, with a total project value of 4.35 billion baht. Recently, on August 25-26, three of the four projects were launched for pre-sales:
1) Britania Ring Road - Pinklao Project features 106 twin houses starting at 5.69 million baht, with a project value of 600 million baht. It includes well-equipped common areas and a luxury clubhouse to cater to residents' lifestyles, with convenient access to the city via the Si Rat - Outer Ring Expressway, connecting to the motorway, Kanchanaphisek Ring Road, Borommaratchachonnani Road, and only a 20-minute commute to Talin Chan BTS station and Central Pinklao shopping mall.
2) Britania Home Bangna Km.17 Project consists of 228 single and twin houses starting at 4.89 million baht, with a project value of 1.5 billion baht. 3) Britania Town Bangna Km.17 Project features 352 townhomes starting at 2.79 million baht, with a project value of 1.1 billion baht, located on Bangna Km.17, a rare potential area just 10 minutes from Mega Bangna mall. This project is the first to be designed in a “London city” atmosphere, with house designs and functions that cater to the evolving lifestyles of the new generation, supporting a Love-Life Balance between work and family life through interior design that utilizes common areas while maintaining privacy, along with complete amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, and saltwater swimming pool.

All three projects achieved a combined pre-sale of over 250 million baht during the pre-sale period, even though they were launched just a week ago, receiving satisfactory feedback. In September 2022, the company plans to launch another horizontal housing project, the Grand Britania Kukot Station, a new series of luxury English Gable-style single houses valued at 1.2 billion baht, located in a prime area connected to Kukot BTS station (Green Line extension). The project features rooftop solar technology to promote energy-saving trends and incorporates Smart Home Monitor technology via an application to cater to digital living, including the installation of EV Charger stations for electric vehicles, suitable for residents of all generations.
For the final quarter of this year, the company expects to gradually launch new projects as planned, with a total project value of 6.35 billion baht, focusing on potential locations in urban provinces experiencing city and job growth, which supports the increasing demand for housing, such as in the Central, Eastern, and Northeastern regions. This aims to establish the brand's recognition nationwide and support future project development plans in other provinces.
