Origin Launches New Bond Offering with 4 Investment Options, Interest Rates of 3.00-4.25% Per Annum, Aiming to Strengthen New Business and Advance Spin-Off Plans for Subsidiaries to Enter the Stock Market
"Origin Property" has launched a new bond series with 4 types, maturing in 1-4 years, offering interest rates of 3.00-4.25% per annum, with interest paid every 3 months. The bonds will be available for sale from August 29-31 through 8 financial institutions. The bonds and the company have been rated "BBB+/Stable" by Tris Rating, reflecting the strength of the condominium market leader in 2022, continuing the Origin Multiverse plan to pave the way for new businesses in line with mega-trends, and moving forward with the Spin-Off plan to list subsidiaries on the stock market, starting with "Primo" or PRI for IPO.

Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the company has submitted a report on the bond offering and a draft prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue and offer named bonds, non-subordinated, unsecured, with a bondholder representative, for public offering. The SEC has approved the bond issuance. This bond offering is divided into 4 types: 1-year bonds with an interest rate of 3.00% per annum, 2-year bonds at 3.50%, 3-year bonds at 3.95%, and 4-year bonds at 4.25%, with interest paid every 3 months. The funds raised from this bond offering will be used to repay maturing bonds and for working capital to continue the company's business expansion.
