Mr. Somnuk Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited<\/strong><\/span> stated that for Q2/2022, the company reported a profit of 100 million baht, an increase of 68.56%, with sales revenue of 650 million baht, up from 520 million baht in 2021, representing a 25% increase. This brings the half-year net profit to 198 million baht, a 37.19% increase compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the company has reduced financial costs by 40%, supported by high demand for residential projects in the price range of 3-5 million baht. The company is ready to follow its plan to develop new projects in the 3-5 million baht market in key potential locations, such as the northern and western zones, in Q3 to continuously boost annual revenue growth. N.C. has adapted well, maintaining strict control over cost management and effective liquidity management.<\/p>
In Q3, N.C. is prepared to launch new projects, focusing on the western zone, promoting the brand 'Baan Fah Greenery Thew Pinkaew-Petchkasem' with a total project value of 1,771 million baht to support sales growth. Sales for the first half of 2022 have been satisfactory, achieving over 2,800 million baht.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Furthermore, N.C. aims to continue launching new low-rise projects, expanding its base with price levels of 3-5 million baht to accommodate new project launches in 2022 across three potential locations: the northern, western, and eastern zones, with a total value of 4,500 million baht. The sales target is set to grow beyond last year, aiming for sales of 4,600 million baht and recognizing revenue of 2,500 million baht for 2022, Mr. Somnuk concluded.<\/p>
