Univenture Public Company Limited or UV has announced its third quarter results for 2022 (April 1, 2022 – June 30, 2022), reporting a net profit of 304.9 million baht, while total revenue increased to 5,519.3 million baht. Both net profit and total revenue have grown more than six times compared to the same quarter last year.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonnee, Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited or UV, stated that the company's strategy to rebalance its investment portfolio since late 2021 has resulted in total revenue of 5,519.3 million baht in the third quarter of 2022 (April 1, 2022 – June 30, 2022), an increase of 4,753.4 million baht from the same quarter last year. The revenue breakdown includes 2,680.2 million baht from energy investments, accounting for 49% of total revenue, and 2,022.6 million baht from real estate development, making up 37% of total revenue.

Revenue from investments in industrial and other sectors amounted to 816.5 million baht, representing 14% of total revenue. Despite facing challenges from the economic situation and rising production costs, the company has managed to achieve positive revenue from both energy sector investments and industrial activities, which provide recurring income, as well as from the transfer of condominium sales from projects developed by Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. due to the existing backlog of sales.

Currently, the company has a backlog of sales to be recognized in 2022-2023 exceeding 1,800 million baht, along with ongoing recurring income from its investment business, Mr. Kampon added.
