In the first half of the year, the company generated total revenue from horizontal products, condominium projects (100% JV), and other businesses amounting to 25.276 billion baht, an increase of over 23% compared to the first half of 2021, which recorded 20.506 billion baht. The net profit reached 3.304 billion baht, up 31% from the same period last year, which had a net profit of 2.518 billion baht. The net debt-to-equity ratio remains strong at 0.51 times, with available cash credit lines exceeding 13.607 billion baht, showcasing the company's preparedness to handle any situation that arises.

Moving Forward to Achieve the Annual Revenue Target of 47 Billion Baht
The horizontal product segment, including single-detached houses and townhomes, remains a key driver of revenue for the company, alongside the recovery of the condominium market, which continues to recognize revenue. In the third quarter, the company is set to recognize additional revenue from the transfer of ownership of two newly completed condominiums: RHYTHM Ekkamai Estate and LIFE Sathorn Sierra. As of July 31, the company has a backlog of sales waiting for transfer amounting to 33.637 billion baht, ensuring confidence in achieving the set revenue target.

Exceeding Halfway to the Sales Target of 50 Billion Baht
Despite operating in a volatile environment characterized by inflation, rising oil prices, and increasing costs, the company continues to set new records in its figures. By the end of July, the company achieved sales of 29.96 billion baht, representing 60% of the sales target set at 50 billion baht. This sales figure reflects a growth of over 45% compared to the previous half-year, driven by superstar products like single-detached houses and townhomes, while sales in the condominium segment have also improved, indicating a recovering demand in the condominium market and sending positive signals for the overall condominium market.

Creating a Better Life with 160 Projects Nationwide
The company continues to move forward with the BREAKTHROUGH All Limitations plan, with 160 projects ready for sale in the second half of the year, offering opportunities for a better life across Bangkok and other provinces, with a total value of over 122.35 billion baht. In terms of project development in provincial areas, the company continues to focus on horizontal products, including single-detached houses and townhomes under the Apitown brand. Over the past two years, Apitown has launched projects in five provinces: Khon Kaen, Rayong, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Chiang Rai, and Ayutthaya, with plans to open in three more provinces in the second half of the year: Apitown Udon Thani, Apitown Chachoengsao, and Apitown Ubon Ratchathani.

Including numerous new projects in Bangkok, comprising 16 townhome projects valued at 16.44 billion baht, 18 single-detached house projects valued at 24.03 billion baht, and 3 condominium projects valued at 10.4 billion baht.
