KBTG Launches Cyber Security Bootcamp Course with Opportunities to Work with Leading Organizations
KBTG has launched the Cyber Security Bootcamp course under the Tech Kampus ClassNest project, aimed at developing IT personnel, recent graduates, or those interested in transitioning to a career in Cyber Security. This initiative reinforces KBTG's commitment to enhancing the quality of technology education in Thailand and creating a new generation of highly capable professionals.
Mr. Chatchawan Asawarakwong, Chief Information Security Officer at Kasikorn Business-Technology Group (KBTG), revealed that Cyber Security skills are in high demand in Thailand and globally. This need led to the establishment of the Cyber Security Bootcamp, which is the second course under the Tech Kampus ClassNest project, designed for recent graduates and IT professionals looking to reskill for a career change, whether they are network administrators, software developers, or in other related fields.

Selected participants in this program will engage in intensive learning and skill enhancement through an online curriculum curated by KBTG, including practical exercises to deepen their understanding. Additionally, KBTG's experienced Cyber Security team will provide guidance and support to learners throughout the three-month course. Upon completion, participants will gain knowledge in offensive system attacks, defensive measures, and system management that supports Cyber Security efforts, preparing them for careers in leading companies in Thailand.
KBTG is also offering scholarships for interested individuals, reducing the course fee from 25,000 THB to just 5,000 THB for the first 50 seats. Applicants must possess basic IT knowledge and pass a Pre-Test to assess their foundational skills in System, Network, Development, and Cyber Security to qualify for enrollment. The program will also include Onsite Workshops, where participants will engage in hands-on activities and have close consultations with personal coaches from the KBTG team, along with exclusive activities prepared for trainees before concluding the Bootcamp with a Post-Test to evaluate their skill levels.
In addition to supporting scholarships, graduates who meet the training conditions will be invited for a final interview for employment at KBTG. If hired as full-time employees and successfully complete their probation, they will receive a refund of 5,000 THB, effectively making this skill enhancement free of charge. Applications are open from today until June 24, 2022, with classes starting from August 1 to October 31, 2022. More details and application criteria can be found at https://www.techkampus.tech.
