Mr. Krungchet Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited or ASW, a leading real estate development company focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that conducting business alongside environmental considerations is an important mega trend that many companies are now focusing on, including AssetWise, which has been integrating environmental care into its operations under the "GrowGreen" concept since 2021 through various activities such as the "Separate Bin Together" campaign, promoting waste segregation that has been continuously implemented with tangible results.

  “Recently, the company has expanded its installation of solar panels on the rooftops (Solar Rooftop) at the Kave TU project and Mingle Mall, which are residential and community mall projects within our group, following the installation at the AssetWise headquarters. By harnessing solar energy to replace electricity usage, we aim to promote the use of clean and renewable energy to its fullest potential. This also helps reduce heat on the rooftops of our projects, lowers greenhouse gas emissions, and mitigates global warming issues.

This also presents a great opportunity for our employees to recognize and understand the importance of environmental conservation. The company has taken over 40 executives and employee representatives to participate in a mangrove forest survey to develop a curriculum for environmental awareness through the process of raising environmental consciousness via mangrove planting at the Bang Khun Thian Mangrove Learning Center. This involves planting mangrove saplings in cement tubes to address the damage caused by sea waves and to prevent coastal erosion in Bang Khun Thian. Additionally, it increases the area of balanced mangrove ecosystems, as planting these mangroves can absorb 1,800 kilograms of carbon dioxide per year.
