The strategic plan, "Growth Together," aims for continuous growth together, revealing plans for the second half of the year to launch 10 new projects worth a total of 10.7 billion baht, driving sales and revenue to meet annual targets.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI),<\/strong> The company has restructured its organization to strengthen its business operations, appointing 2 Co-Chief Executives (Co-CEOs) and dividing the business structure into 7 Business Units (BUs) under the supervision of Chief Business Unit executives for collaborative organizational advancement under the strategic plan "BRITANIA GROWTH TOGETHER."<\/p>\r\n\r\n For the year 2022, the company plans to launch 12 new projects in 7 provinces: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong, Udon Thani, and Khon Kaen, with a total project value of 13.4 billion baht. In the first half of the year, 2 projects worth 2.7 billion baht have already been launched, and in the second half, another 10 projects worth a total of 10.7 billion baht will be introduced under the Britania and Grand Britania brands.<\/p>\r\n\r\n The main strategy will focus on expanding residential project locations in provinces with potential, including the metropolitan area, central region, northeastern region, and eastern region, which will benefit from the development of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) project, leading to investments in various industries and housing demand to support job sources. Additionally, partnerships will be established to expand the business, such as joint ventures for project development, including collaborations with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from Japan to develop the Britania Home Bangna Km. 17 and Britania Town Bangna Km. 17 projects, with a total project value of 2.6 billion baht.<\/span> Other collaborations will enhance projects and services for residents, such as installing solar panels for electricity generation, electric vehicle charging stations, smart village systems, and health services for residents, while allowing employees and stakeholders in the supply chain to grow together.<\/p>\r\n\r\n "Based on our business plan, we are confident that we can achieve sales (presales) of 11 billion baht this year and recognize revenue of 7.25 billion baht as targeted. The overall real estate business is showing signs of recovery from the COVID-19 situation, which is beginning to ease. The relaxation of lockdown measures and the reopening of the country positively impact economic stimulation and business confidence. In the first quarter of 2022, we achieved a new high with sales of 2.378 billion baht and recognized revenue of 1.483 billion baht, along with a net profit of 353 million baht," Ms. Suphalak stated.<\/p>
