SC Asset is confident that the real estate market can continue to thrive, launching 25 new low-rise projects with a total value of 35 billion baht, focusing on developing homes priced over 10 million baht. The company emphasizes 'Design-Quality-Community: The Key to Success' and has launched the campaign 'Your Story Your Bangkok Boulevard,' featuring three short stories that convey real experiences from Bangkok Boulevard families, reaffirming its commitment to becoming the number one single-house brand in consumers' hearts.

Mr. Mongkut Techolarn, Head of Low-Rise Property Development at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC) stated that the overall market for single-family homes in the first quarter of 2022 saw a sales growth rate of 23%, and it is expected that the entire year will see a growth of about 5%. The segment of homes priced over 10 million baht experienced a remarkable sales growth of 49%. Consequently, in 2022, the company plans to launch 25 new projects worth 35 billion baht, with over 70% priced above 10 million baht and the remaining 30% below that price to meet the demand of high-income buyers. All projects are developed under the Human-Centric concept to cater to the living needs of people across all generations.
 

The brand 'Bangkok Boulevard' will highlight homes in the 10-20 million baht price range this year, with plans to launch 11 projects valued at 15 billion baht. Two projects have already been pre-sold, totaling 2.75 billion baht, including Bangkok Boulevard Bangna-Srinakarin and Bangkok Boulevard Ramkhamhaeng-Ring Road, achieving approximately 400 million baht in pre-sales.

Additionally, three more projects are set to launch: Bangkok Boulevard Tiwanon-Rangsit, Ram Inthra-Watcharapol, along with Bangkok Boulevard Signature Chaeng Watthana and Prachachuen within the second quarter. The remaining five projects will be launched in the second half of the year.

In the first nearly five months of this year, the company has achieved 48% of its low-rise sales target, closing sales on nine projects worth 9.416 billion baht. It is anticipated that the sales and total revenue for the remaining eight months will meet the low-rise target of 14.5 billion baht.

The project Bangkok Boulevard Bangna-Srinakarin spans over 43 rai with 156 units priced between 10-16 million baht, offering four house types with usable areas ranging from 218-362 square meters. The common area is developed under the concept of Milton Abbas Village, a small tourist village in Dorset, England, incorporating its unique characteristics into the design of the Clubhouse and Main Park, creating a more contemporary aesthetic.

Meanwhile, the Bangkok Boulevard Ramkhamhaeng-Ring Road project covers over 12 rai with 42 units priced between 13-25 million baht, featuring three house types with usable areas from 235-370 square meters. The relaxation atmosphere in the common area is inspired by Vejle, Denmark, offering a unique design perspective.

 

The standout features of the house designs in these two projects are developed under the LANAI SERIES concept, creating semi-outdoor spaces that accommodate various activities while providing privacy and closeness to nature. Each home is equipped with RueJai Air Quality Solutions, Smoke & Heat Detectors, and supports EV Chargers of all models, along with integrated home security systems. Additionally, various innovations from RueJai Subscription and RueJai Home OS enhance the living experience, complemented by amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, kid's room, co-working space, and large public parks to cater to all family members.
