"Crocodile" Unveils the Ultimate Innovation SEE JORAKAY at Architect'65, Expanding Technology for Infrastructure Protection

Crocodile Corporation Co., Ltd., a leader in the production and distribution of construction, repair, and decoration products under the brand "Crocodile", has been providing comprehensive solutions from foundation to roof for over 30 years. They showcased their highlight innovation SEE JORAKAY, a color made from natural materials, at Architect'65, designed under the concept "JORAKAY TRANSFORM: A Significant Change for Crocodile, Covering All Dimensions". This innovation expands the technology of home protection to infrastructure projects, emphasizing Crocodile colors that communicate modernity and environmental consciousness, reflecting their long-standing commitment to creating quality products for over three decades.

Mr. Supapong Phetsuthit, Managing Director of Crocodile Corporation Co., Ltd., stated: "Crocodile has participated in the Siam Architect event continuously for several decades. This event serves as a significant platform for showcasing architectural technology and construction products, the largest in ASEAN, allowing us to meet, exchange updates in business, and gain inspiration for new innovations that align with Crocodile's DNA, which aims to create innovations that protect users, care for inhabitants, and take care of the world. We conduct research and gather consumer data to develop products that solve customer problems, testing them in Crocodile's internationally certified labs, resulting in innovations that meet practical needs suitable for the environment in Thailand and the region."
Additionally, we are committed to creating environmentally friendly products throughout the entire process, from raw material selection to production that does not harm the planet, ensuring safety during use and helping to reduce global warming. Importantly, every Crocodile innovation must "create happiness" in every aspect of living.

The Crocodile booth at Architect'65 was designed by Mr. Chulsamorn Pongsathian, founder of FLAT12X and an architect who has received the Top Ten award from the World Architecture Festival. Under the concept "JORAKAY TRANSFORM: A Significant Change for Crocodile, Covering All Dimensions", it expands to "Protecting Infrastructure" and emphasizes Crocodile colors in a pavilion format, showcasing a circular walking path that allows for a 360-degree view of the Crocodile booth. It divides into architecture and construction zones and the SEE JORAKAY zone, demonstrating the use of Crocodile products to protect both homes and buildings, which is the main key message indicating the results of the Crocodile transformation, passing on protection from generation to generation.

The highlight of the event, the ultimate innovation SEE JORAKAY, is the first and only 100% natural color in Thailand, used to decorate spaces beneficial for both users and visitors, as well as the planet. Especially during the COVID-19 crisis, consumers have become more interested in health-friendly products, including building paints like the NATURAL COLOR group that can be designed in various styles, featuring the remarkable ability to absorb carbon dioxide equivalent to that of large trees. It is free from volatile organic compounds (NON VOC), has no pungent odor, and the paint's texture is natural as it is made from natural materials like Lime Stone combined with Nobel Prize-winning Graphene technology, enhancing paint flexibility. Thus, Crocodile colors help protect residents and are safe for users, making consumers confident in choosing them for homes and various projects.
Regarding the expansion into "Protecting Infrastructure", it builds on existing infrastructure projects. Crocodile has developed various innovations and chemical products that meet usage needs to enhance strength and expedite overall work, helping to save costs. This covers applications from high-speed rail structures to elevated roads and port works, which is the marketing target for 2022. Crocodile hopes that homeowners, architects, interior designers, and large projects will experience a new perspective from Crocodile's chemical product line and believes they will receive positive feedback as always.

Mr. Supapong added: "Crocodile is transforming in multiple dimensions. The first dimension is the transformation in booth design. The next dimension is transforming perception, stepping out of the old mindset that Crocodile is solely a tile innovation leader to a product line for large structures. With a variety of products that can be used together to protect both homes and expand into protecting infrastructure. Another important dimension is the tangible decoration work, which is SEE JORAKAY, a natural color that differs from typical market paints."
Currently, "Crocodile" offers a comprehensive range of innovative construction, repair, and decoration products and is a Thai brand that understands the needs of people in the region. They are also ready to continue developing products that solve customer problems alongside a perspective on using eco-friendly materials that will become a new standard. All Crocodile product lines are environmentally friendly, meeting national and international standards.
