With the intention of <\/span>SC Asset<\/span> to make every morning a ‘good morning’ for residents by creating innovations that allow them to live happily and worry-free, this year marks the grand Hackathon competition titled <\/span>“SC Housekathon: A Hackathon for New Home Concepts Everyone Wants to Live In”<\/strong><\/span>. The event aims to gather the best teams from across the country to showcase innovative ideas for modern homes that resonate with every generation, competing for a total prize pool of over 270,000 Baht, along with trophies and E-Certificates from SC Asset.<\/span><\/p>

Mr. Natthakit Sirirat, Head of Marketing at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC)<\/strong><\/span>, which delivers high-quality living + solutions aimed at becoming the number one choice for single-family homes in consumers' hearts, revealed that “The overall interest in this competition has been tremendous, attracting a diverse range of participants in terms of age, education, interests, and expertise. It’s not just architects who are involved, but also experts in Data Analysis, Business, Marketing, and a new generation of students. The SC Housekathon project has truly become a vibrant gathering space for a variety of people.”<\/p>

The main challenge of the competition is Worry Free Home, or a comfortable and worry-free living space<\/strong><\/span>, which is a crucial mission for SC Asset. They aim to create For Good Mornings, taking care of every aspect of life at home so that residents can focus on creating other positive contributions to the world. This is part of their commitment to developing solutions that address future consumer living behaviors, whether it’s spending more time at home, safety, health, or concerns about expenses.<\/p>

And the special award “The Most Innovative Award” goes to the team “ARCHITECT Life”.<\/p>

Representatives from Team KID-D, the 1st place winners, summarized their award-winning project by stating, “The innovation stems from problems we encountered while living at home, which inspired Team KID-D to create solutions that address future living behaviors. As people will spend more time at home and consume more energy, concerns about expenses related to health and energy will increase. We believe that using clean energy from nature is the most sustainable path forward.”<\/p>
