ASW Achieves First Quarter Pre-Sales of 3.25 Billion Baht, Surpassing 33% Target, Aiming for Record Sales of 10 Billion Baht; Three New Projects Launching in Q2
Asset Wise Public Company Limited, or ASW, has kicked off its first quarter with pre-sales of 3.25 billion baht, representing 33% of its annual target of 10 billion baht. This reinforces its position as a leader in the real estate sector, designing residences that truly meet lifestyle needs and create happiness. Alongside a robust marketing strategy, ASW is set to launch three new projects in Q2, both horizontal and condominium developments in prime locations, confident that these will help achieve a new sales record of 10 billion baht as planned.

Mr. Kram Chatchai, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," revealed that the company achieved remarkable success with first-quarter sales of 3.25 billion baht in 2022, an increase of 79% compared to the same period last year. This figure accounts for 33% of the annual sales target set at 10 billion baht, reinforcing ASW's image as a lifestyle real estate leader that prioritizes designing residences that meet customer needs and deliver happiness to residents, alongside a strong marketing strategy. With this growth in sales, ASW is confident it will achieve a new record of 10 billion baht in total sales this year.
The first-quarter sales of 3.25 billion baht were comprised of 96% from the condominium segment and 4% from the housing development segment. When categorized by project status, 46% of sales came from ready-to-move-in projects, while 54% were from projects that have recently launched or are under construction.
“The key to ASW's continuous success in the real estate business lies in our understanding of consumer insights and designing projects that cater to diverse lifestyles, including work-from-home setups, various activities, and relaxation according to different customer groups. In 2022, the company plans to launch seven new projects with a total project value of 12.4 billion baht. In Q2/2022, three projects will be introduced: 1) Esta Rangsit Khlong 2, a horizontal project with 153 units valued at 680 million baht; 2) Atmoz Flow Minburi, a condominium project with 739 units valued at 1.35 billion baht; and 3) Atmoz Portrait Srisaman, a condominium project with 678 units valued at 1.15 billion baht. The company is confident that the potential of these projects, their prime locations, and designs that align with customer lifestyles, along with strategic marketing plans, will drive sales growth in Q2 as targeted.
