CIVIL reports a positive business outlook for Q1/65, continuing its growth trajectory with the acquisition of 9 new projects valued at a total of 228 million baht, while also looking forward to bidding on mega-projects to boost its backlog. For the fiscal year 64, the company reported total revenue of 5,063 million baht and a net profit of 193 million baht, marking a 122% increase. The board has approved an additional dividend of 0.02 baht per share.

Mr. Piyadit Asawasirisuk, CEO of Civil Engineering Public Company Limited (CIVIL), a leading comprehensive construction technology firm in Thailand, stated that the business direction for Q1/65 looks promising due to the continuous recognition of revenue from various construction projects, along with the successful bidding for new projects.

The company has signed contracts for 9 new projects worth a total of 228 million baht, including road construction, water supply systems, and asphalt concrete surface enhancement projects. Notable projects include the construction of rural roads for tourism in Ban Had Samran – Tase, Phase 2, the construction of Highway 347 from Bang Pahan to Chao Pluk, Phase 2, and the construction of rural road 4055 connecting Highway 3267 to Ban Tan En in Maha Rat district, among others. Construction has already commenced in Q1/65, and the company expects to recognize all revenue within the fiscal year 2565.

“The company focuses on efficient project management with a skilled team in civil engineering, modern machinery, and the integration of technology to ensure construction aligns with plans. This has allowed many of our projects to be completed ahead of schedule. We also closely monitor project costs and adjust work plans to adapt to fluctuating costs, maintaining good profitability,” Mr. Piyadit added.

Additionally, CIVIL is well-prepared to bid for both public and private sector projects continuously. The company is currently awaiting the results of bids for mega-projects, which are expected to become clearer in Q2/65, potentially increasing the value of projects on hand to a record high since the company's inception,” Mr. Piyadit further stated.

For the fiscal year 2564, the company reported total revenue of 5,063 million baht, an increase from the previous year's revenue of 4,130 million baht, representing a rise of 933 million baht or 23%. The net profit was 193 million baht, up from the previous year's profit of 87 million baht, an increase of 106 million baht or 122%.

Moreover, the board has resolved to propose an increased dividend payment of 0.02 baht per share, amounting to 14 million baht. The ex-dividend date (XD) is set for May 3, 2565, with the record date for shareholders entitled to the dividend on May 5, 2565, and the dividend payment scheduled for May 20, 2565. This resolution will be presented for approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders on April 25, 2565.
