Knight Frank, a global real estate consultancy, has announced the appointment of Khun Nattha Khahapana as the new Managing Director for Thailand, effective April 1, 2022.

Khun Nattha Khahapana has been with Knight Frank for over 18 years, starting as the head of the Phuket office. Currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director, he will succeed Khun Phanom Kanjanthiangta, the outgoing Managing Director, who will transition to the position of Chairman of Knight Frank Thailand.

Khun Phanom Kanjanthiangta commented, "This is an opportune time to develop and set a new direction for the organization in response to the rapidly changing business landscape. I am very pleased that Khun Nattha will take over this role. As the new Chairman, Khun Phanom Kanjanthiangta's responsibilities will include ensuring a smooth transition for the company and its client relationships, with a primary focus on property management.
