Mr. Suradet Jiratitjareon, a member of the Senate (center), received flowers in appreciation from Mr. Thana Terattanachai (third from the right), a representative of the co-owners of the Ashton Asoke project. This was in response to the Senate member raising the issue of the Ashton Asoke condominium project during the Senate meeting on February 15, 2022, recognizing the hardships faced by the public. Additionally, a letter was submitted to the Senate requesting consideration for solutions to the damages caused by the Ashton Asoke project and to present this issue to the Supreme Administrative Court.

Since the ruling of the Central Administrative Court, it has been over seven months without any updates on the progress of the case. The co-owners of this project have suffered damages, and all parties involved have been affected, with no clarity on how compensation will be addressed, as the case remains pending at the Supreme Administrative Court. There is confidence that the Senate and the Supreme Administrative Court will ensure justice and help find solutions to alleviate the hardships faced by the residents.

Mr. Suradet Jiratitjareon encouraged the group of co-owners, stating that this issue must be viewed from multiple perspectives, not just one, and that the primary focus should be on the benefits to the public. He will continue to follow up on this matter within the Senate's authority.
