Mr. Ratchayut Nanthachotisophon, Deputy Managing Director of the Single-Family Home Business Development Division, along with Mr. Metha Raktam, Deputy Managing Director of the Townhome Business Development Division of AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, revealed that the business direction for 2022 aims to break through all limitations (AP BREAKTHROUGH 2022). The horizontal business group, which includes single-family homes, townhomes, and duplexes, is ready to contribute to the larger goal of delivering a better life that customers can choose (EMPOWER LIVING).

In this first quarter, the horizontal business group is set to launch a total of 11 new projects worth 9.59 billion baht, building on last year's success towards developing a new single-family home with the best space, featuring 4 new CENTRO projects and 7 new townhomes with 7 new designs that will transform the traditional way of living in townhomes. The company is ready to hold pre-sales for all 11 projects on March 26-27, offering discounts and many additional benefits.

“In 2022, our townhome business aims to launch 20 new house designs across 6 quality townhome brands. In this first quarter, we are ready to pilot with 7 new house designs in 7 new projects worth 4.47 billion baht, completely transforming both architectural dimensions and internal space to unlock the experience of living in traditional townhomes. This includes the townhome brand Baan Klang Muang with the LAPIZ design, a 3-story townhome with a width of 5 meters, a land size of 17.5 square wah, and a usable area of 136 square meters in the project.

2) Baan Klang Muang Suksawad-Rama 3, 46 units, starting at 4.79 million baht.

The Pleno brand townhome with the DAVIN design, a 2-story townhome with a width of 5.7 meters, land size starting from 17.5 square wah, and a usable area of 104 square meters in the project.
