Kasikorn Bank has launched a second-hand home campaign titled ‘Million Discount’ to make it easier for aspiring homeowners to own a property. The campaign features a selection of high-quality second-hand homes in prime locations, including single houses, townhouses, condos, commercial buildings, and other real estate, totaling over 3,000 listings nationwide. Customers can enjoy discounts of up to 60%, with free transfer fees up to 200,000 baht, and a loan with 0% interest for 6 months, allowing for financing of up to 100%. Additionally, customers will receive extra discounts on home furnishings worth over 8,000 baht from Boonthavorn. Furthermore, for customers purchasing second-hand homes from the bank priced at no more than 3 million baht, they can also participate in the government’s mortgage fee reduction program, bringing it down to just 0.01%.
