N.C. Housing (NCH) has showcased its performance for 2021, achieving a new high with a net profit of 251.93 million baht, reflecting strong operational results with growth in both revenue and profit. In the fourth quarter of 2021, the company recorded a net profit of 80 million baht, an increase of 69.61% compared to the same period last year.

Mr. Somnuek Tanthathodtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, revealed that for the fourth quarter of 2021, sales reached a record high of 4,442 million baht, up from 3,682 million baht in the same period of 2020, marking a 20.63% increase. The company’s total revenue was 2,540.47 million baht, an increase from 1,793.20 million baht in 2020, representing a rise of 747.27 million baht or 41.67%. This resulted in a net profit of 80 million baht for the fourth quarter and a total net profit of 251.93 million baht for the entire year of 2021, an increase of 136.65 million baht or 118.54% compared to the previous year.

The company has positive factors contributing to its ability to transfer ownership and deliver homes to customers, supported by the increasing demand for residential projects in the price range of 3-5 million baht. The company is ready to follow its plan to develop 5 new projects targeting the 3-5 million baht housing market in key potential locations such as the northern, western, and eastern zones. Last year, N.C. demonstrated good adaptability, achieving revenue growth while maintaining strict cost management within the organization and providing customer service before and after sales, enhancing brand satisfaction for N.C.

Mr. Somnuek further stated that the company has actively marketed to boost sales across all projects, with positive signals returning. Sales from January 2022 to February 20, 2022, reached 800 million baht. Additionally, this year, N.C. is expanding its business into the mega trend of health and wellness under Nc Regen Sport Wellness, a comprehensive sports and health center, with plans to open two major centers in the Fah Piyaram housing project at Lam Luk Ka Ring Road 6, covering an area of 5,328 square meters, and Thanya Golf Club at Lam Luk Ka Ring Road 5, covering an area of 1,015 square meters. NC Regen is part of the health care initiative for every family under the N.C. brand, with a focus on achieving sales targets of 4,600 million baht and recognizing revenue of 2,500 million baht in 2022, while accelerating the development of 5 new projects in 3 potential locations valued at over 4,500 million baht, aiming for sales growth compared to the previous year, Mr. Somnuek concluded.
