AP Thailand Revamps 'ASPIRE' as the Highlight Product of the Year, Aiming for 12.3 Billion Baht in Revenue
AP Thailand showcases ‘ASPIRE’, the best mass-market condominium that has been revamped with over 40 new room designs, better understanding customer needs, increasing living space, and allowing for flexible adjustments to suit the hybrid lifestyle of the Young Gen. Kicking off the Year of the Tiger, the company is set to launch 5 new condominium projects valued at 13 billion baht. In the first half of the year, the new ASPIRE will debut with 3 projects located in Pin Klao – Arun Amarin, Ratchayothin, and Sukhumvit - Rama 4, starting at a price of 1.99 million baht.

Therefore, the company plans to launch 5 new condominium projects worth a total of 13 billion baht. The ASPIRE brand has been revamped to become the highlight product of the year, redesigned based on insights from the Young Generation, the target customer group.
This year, the condominium market still faces challenges due to the changing consumer behavior. AP has detected signals from the real demand market among middle to lower-middle segment customers looking for new condominiums in city zone locations, gradually improving. Many developers are jumping into this competitive market. Thus, operators who can make precise decisions, select the right land, and develop projects that meet the new lifestyle requirements at price packages sought by customers will gain a competitive advantage over general market products and receive positive feedback from customers.
