- On its 40th anniversary, Central Pattana announced its commitment to better futures as a 'Place Maker', developing future projects for 'People' (individuals and communities) and for the 'Planet' (the world and the environment).

During the press conference, the first female CEO of Central Pattana, Ms. Walaya Chirathivat, Managing Director and CEO, shared the business vision and announced the Brand Commitment for Better Futures, dedicated to improving the quality of life and future for people, society, and our world, reinforcing its position as a globally sustainable company. She also revealed the new Brand Identity for both Corporate and shopping centers nationwide, reflecting local pride and modernity inspired by a global design agency.

1.1 Synergy within Retail-Led Mixed-Use Development: Uniting all strong components of Central Pattana to provide a seamless experience by making shopping centers the core business (Retail-Led Mixed-use development), including shopping centers, residential properties, office buildings, and hotels. Over the next 5 years (2022-2026), the company will have various real estate projects in over 30 provinces, resulting in a total of 50 shopping centers, both domestic and international, and 16 community malls (under study for expansion), 68 residential projects, 13 office buildings, and 37 hotels. More than 50% of all projects will be mixed-use formats with more than one business, with shopping centers at the heart, continuously accelerating the growth of all businesses simultaneously. All projects will connect to enhance every aspect of life: shop-work-stay-play-live, with retail projects fulfilling every format and new trends, quality residential projects linking benefits for Central residents, and connecting offices to be the best workplaces due to proximity to shopping centers and hotels, as well as developing new hotel brands to elevate every city into a tourist destination.
Additionally, a Business & Digital Transformation team has been established, investing 450 million baht in 2022 to transform into an Omnichannel Platform that goes beyond connecting offline and online, but also integrates all businesses in the ecosystem together and connects businesses with customers in a B2B2C model, creating new experiences for customers in the future.
1.2 Synergy with business partners: Committed to creating sustainable growth for partner businesses, establishing a Partner Champions team to act as Business Consultants providing End-to-End Solutions for partners, including support for growth and branch expansion through Co-investment, Funding, and Franchise models, assistance with various Business Operations, utilizing Big Data from The 1 and The 1 Biz, and Retail Omnichannel to promote and drive partner businesses, as well as managing Transactions and various services to assist all partners.
1.3 Synergy with communities: Every project of Central Pattana reflects the Local Essence of the community, including aspects of Art & Culture and Local Wealth, creating and distributing income to the community. Furthermore, it serves as a platform to elevate SMEs and the tourism industry in a Cross-Region manner, allowing entrepreneurs, farmers, and various professions to access sales areas and customers, totaling no less than 40,000 square meters or valued at over 300 million baht per year.
Strategy 2: PIONEER for better lives, setting new standards for good living spaces in the future. From now on, every new project of Central Pattana will manage two key areas for sustainable living for everyone:
- Green & Energy with Green Building Standards, installing solar power cells in every project, developing smart buildings or Building Automation, increasing EV Charging points and Recycle Stations to support clean energy use and circular economy approaches.
- Health & Wellness, creating spaces that enhance people's quality of life by reinforcing cleanliness and safety measures, increasing green spaces both indoors and outdoors, designing spaces that cater to all groups (Inclusive Design) to be accessible for everyone, including community spaces such as exercise areas, playgrounds, learning centers, vaccination centers, blood donation areas, and well-being spaces for the community.
Strategy 3: OPPORTUNITIES with Purpose, driving society and business, creating opportunities for everyone. It is an organization that creates 'opportunities' for developing people, cities, and the country, elevating the real estate and retail sectors in Thailand to a global level to create a better future together.
- Providing opportunities for people to learn, exchange experiences, and match business opportunities both domestically and internationally through the Central Pattana Lead and Retail Academy programs.
