Real Asset Explores Wellness Trends with NEVERLAND Concept, Launches Unique 'Zombie' Film
Real Asset is advancing its Brand Transformation with the vision of Believing a better you is possible, spreading positive energy to those around and improving society under the concept of NEVERLAND. This will be applied through five key pillars of longevity in the development of the company's new projects, alongside the release of the advertising film series Last Hope, Last Home, which emphasizes customer engagement and brand recall, launched on February 4, 2022.

Mr. Bodinthorn Jeangruangkit, CEO of Real Asset Development Co., Ltd., stated that the health trend is currently well-received by consumers worldwide, including in Thailand, among both younger generations and the elderly. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have begun to pay more attention to their health and enhance their well-being. The advancements in technology and improved medical systems have made health care more accessible, aligning with the company's policy to promote the physical and mental well-being of residents in both horizontal and vertical projects. This is embodied in the design of the Neverland project, which serves as a magical land that allows residents to capture moments of happiness at home while promoting overall physical and mental health.
On February 4, the company launched a 5-minute advertising film series Last Hope, Last Home, which breaks the conventional rules of residential advertising by using “zombies” as a representation of current crises such as COVID-19, PM 2.5 pollution, global warming, and the convenience of junk food. The safest and best place to survive and improve our lives is staying at home in Real Asset's projects designed under the Neverland concept.
The concept behind the Neverland project design stems from studies of Blue Zones, which surveyed the lifestyles of elderly populations worldwide. It was found that in certain areas, elderly individuals enjoy better health and longevity compared to the general population, often due to different lifestyles such as a plant-based diet, regular physical activity, and living in a stress-free social environment with good mental health. Therefore, the company has incorporated the principles of living from these areas into every aspect of the project to create a Neverland that serves as the dream home for customers.
Neverland is a place that gives you more time to be with your loved ones, based on the Blue Zones concept, which is derived from an article by Dan Buethner published in National Geographic in 2005 titled The Secret of a Long Life. It shares stories of centenarians from various cities around the world, particularly highlighting Sardinia, Italy, which has the highest male centenarian population globally, along with other cities where centenarians cluster together. These locations are marked with a blue pen on the world map, giving rise to the term Blue Zones, which includes five areas such as Sardinia, Italy; Okinawa, Japan; and Ikaria, Greece.
Mr. Bodinthorn further stated that Real Asset is confident in its ability to promote a lifestyle that fulfills the meaning of “the dream home for customers” and enhances well-being akin to Blue Zones, focusing on air quality, common areas, living spaces, materials, and lifestyle within the projects. The definition of Neverland is divided into:
Five Core Pillars: Ever Active, Ever Smile, Ever Green, Ever Love, and Ever Care, through the vision of “Believing a better you is possible”, which includes:

- Ever Active encourages residents to exercise regularly by providing diverse exercise areas including Multi-sport Areas, Smart Fitness Equipment, Outdoor Stretching, and 24-hour Fitness. Each project will feature various facilities such as running tracks, fitness centers, swimming pools, and large gardens for residents to choose activities that best suit their lifestyle.
- Ever Smile aims to reduce stress and anxiety in residents' daily lives by focusing on safety within homes and projects through various innovations such as IoT systems, air purification systems, and onsen facilities.
- Ever Green supports and promotes healthy eating by encouraging residents to consume beneficial plant-based foods. Real Asset projects emphasize planting trees that yield edible produce, particularly organic vegetables and herbs, while also addressing PM 2.5 reduction through air-purifying plants in common areas. Additionally, green spaces are prioritized to create a serene and comfortable environment for residents.
- Ever Love fosters closer family relationships by designing both indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as private and communal areas, to enhance opportunities for warm connections among family members. To promote health and good relationships among all family members and residents, various activities and workshops are planned this year, such as health check-ups by leading hospitals, running events within the project, yoga for seniors, exercises for office syndrome relief, and pot painting for children.
- Ever Care promotes residents' physical and mental health by collaborating with hospitals and medical partners to develop new projects together, offering various privileges. A Medical Corner has also been established to serve residents, with a pilot project already launched at Stories Bangna-Suvarnabhumi.
Currently, there are two pilot projects designed using the five pillars of Neverland: Stories Bangna-Suvarnabhumi and Stories Rangsit-Wongwaen. Moving forward, Neverland will serve as the main guideline for the development of all future Real Asset projects.
