For the First Time, AP Thailand Partners with Thailand Post to Deliver Convenience to AP Residents with Home Delivery of Packages
Mr. Metha Raktum, Acting Deputy Managing Director of Smart Service and Management Co., Ltd. (SMART), a leader in property management under AP Thailand, emphasized the commitment to 'Empower Living', delivering a quality lifestyle that customers can choose. This initiative provides superior and exceptional services for AP residents by collaborating with Thailand Post Co., Ltd. to launch the Pick Up Service, which collects packages right at the doorstep, managed by the SMART team across more than 300 projects, with no minimum requirements and no fees. Residents can also track their package status through the SMART WORLD platform. Dr. Danan Supatpan, Managing Director of Thailand Post Co., Ltd., participated in introducing the Pick Up Service to AP residents at the Grand Pleno Bangna – On Nut project.

The collaboration between AP Thailand, a leader in real estate, and Thailand Post Co., Ltd. with the Pick Up Service (off-site package collection) aims to facilitate and reduce travel for residents. AP residents can utilize the Pick Up Service from Thailand Post through the SMART WORLD platform, a digital platform for managing quality of life after moving into residential projects, including single houses, townhomes, and condominiums developed by AP Thailand and managed by the SMART team. This partnership with Thailand Post represents a great opportunity to deliver a Digital Living Experience that caters to modern lifestyles, while also enhancing property management services to meet residents' needs more effectively.
