N.C. Housing (NCH) signals positive performance with 9-month growth in both revenue and profit, achieving a net profit of 171.61 million baht, an increase of 152.66% compared to the same period last year. The company is accelerating revenue growth in horizontal housing and aims to boost its backlog by 600 million baht in the fourth quarter.

Mr. Somnuek Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, revealed that for the 9-month performance of 2021, the company recorded sales revenue of 1,886 million baht, an increase from 1,179.88 million baht in the same period of 2020, representing an increase of 706.66 million baht or 59.89%. The total revenue reached 1,911.94 million baht, up by 715.94 million baht or 59.86%, resulting in a net profit of 171.61 million baht, an increase of 152.66% compared to the same period last year.

For the third quarter of 2021, the company reported a net profit of 39.23 million baht, benefiting from an increased ability to transfer ownership and deliver homes to customers. The total revenue for the third quarter of 2021 increased by 492.22 million baht, with sales revenue rising by 484.84 million baht. This growth is supported by high demand for horizontal housing projects priced between 3-5 million baht. The company is ready to follow its plan to develop new projects in the 3-5 million baht price range in key potential locations such as the northern and eastern zones. In the fourth quarter, N.C. has shown good adaptability, with revenue growth and strict cost management. The company has a customer service system in place before and after sales, enhancing customer satisfaction with the N.C. brand, which has a high referral rate of 35%.

Mr. Somnuek further stated that the company has been actively marketing to boost sales from new projects, which have received a positive response. The Nc On Green Charm Classic project features luxury homes on a golf course, consisting of 141 single-family units on a 37-rai area, with a project value of 981 million baht and starting prices at 6 million baht. The single-family homes range from 55-100 square wah with usable areas of 155-400 square meters, providing added product value with homes equipped with technology for daily convenience and high safety. This supports the sales target of 3,500 million baht for this year and aims to recognize revenue of 2,000 million baht for 2021, while also pushing to increase the backlog by 600 million baht to ensure continuous revenue growth for the year, Mr. Somnuek concluded.
