The Strand project is a collaboration with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), with an investment value of over 4.8 billion baht and starting prices at 17.9 million baht. The project received the award for “Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok)” from the Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2018. The Asia Pacific Property Awards is the most prestigious and recognized award in the industry, celebrating its 28th year. This year, the award winners in various categories were announced online on May 28, 2021.
