LPN supports the "Million Homes Project Phase 2" by GH Bank, introducing 4 notable projects with 1,200 units valued at 1.2 billion baht, aiming to help Thai people own affordable homes in both Bangkok and provincial areas.

Ms. Panadda Khajornsiri, Assistant Managing Director of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN), revealed that LPN has partnered with the Government Housing Bank (GH Bank) to participate in the "Million Homes Project Phase 2" by offering 4 condominium projects that meet the selling price criteria of no more than 1.2 million baht, totaling 1,200 units with an approximate value of 1.2 billion baht. This initiative aims to promote home ownership among Thai people at affordable prices, aligning with the current economic situation.

"We are pleased to be part of the 'Million Homes Project Phase 2' by presenting 1,200 qualifying units to customers. This aligns with the project's objective to focus on low-income groups, those starting families, and the elderly, enabling them to have their own homes under a loan framework for purchasing residences priced at no more than 1.2 million baht. The projects that LPN is participating in the "Million Homes Project Phase 2" include:
1. Lumpini Township Rangsit-Klong 1 - 1 bedroom, 26 sq.m., priced at 1.2 million baht. This ready-to-move-in condo offers full amenities including a swimming pool, futsal field, basketball court, free bicycles for commuting within the project, over 34,000 sq.m. of green space, shuttle service to Major Rangsit, recreational room, children's playroom, and a marketplace located in front of the project, conveniently close to shopping and entertainment venues such as Future Park Rangsit, Major Cineplex, Dream World, Lotus, Big C, and Don Mueang Airport.
