"Major Development" Enhances Safety Measures at Every Service Step, Ensuring All Projects are Move-In Ready
"Major Development" is intensifying its highest safety measures, focusing on hygiene and customer safety to build confidence among project visitors with stringent protocols. Customers are assured of inspecting their ready-to-move-in condominium units, supported by staff who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, enhancing customer confidence in every detail.

Ms. Petchlada Poonsawad, Chief Executive Officer of Major Development Public Company Limited stated that during the COVID-19 pandemic that has caused anxiety in people's lives, Major Development, as a leader in luxury real estate and pet-friendly residences, recognizes and understands these concerns. Therefore, we have continuously enhanced safety measures across all projects, providing training and emphasizing project staff to maintain hygiene standards and intensify safety throughout the service to customers inspecting their units and project visitors, to instill confidence and promote a better quality of life for our valued customers.

The company has established safety and hygiene service standards for the inspection of ready-to-move-in units through 3P: PREVENT, PROTECT, and PRIVILEGE as follows:
- PREVENT – Handling
- All staff delivering units have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Customers are encouraged to book their inspection date and time in advance.
- We request cooperation to limit the number of customers and quality inspection companies, increasing distance to reduce crowding.
- Temperature checks for customers and staff will be conducted, and we request everyone to wear masks throughout the delivery process.

- PROTECT – Prevention
- Disinfection of the unit will be conducted using an ozone machine one day before the customer inspects the unit.
- Alcohol disinfectant will be provided for customers before they enter the unit, along with hand sanitizers at key points and common areas.
- Rubber gloves and shoe covers will be provided for customers to wear while inspecting the unit.
- Staff will maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from customers and will not touch any materials inside the customer's unit unless necessary.
- Contractors are not allowed to wait to finish work for customers.
- After the unit inspection is completed, disinfection will be conducted again using an ozone machine, and thereafter, staff will not be allowed to enter the customer's unit.

- PRIVILEGE – Care
- Staff who meet with customers will wear badges indicating they have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Once customers complete the transfer of ownership, they will receive various privileges for Major residents that help alleviate concerns during the pandemic, such as Major x Dhipaya Insurance for COVID-19 vaccine allergy, discounts on COVID-19 disinfection services, and discounts on pet boarding services during quarantine, among others.
These measures will help instill confidence in customers when receiving their ready-to-move-in units, ensuring the highest quality and safety as we prepare to welcome new families who trust Major Development's projects.
Currently, all Major projects are open for customer visits in two formats: Major Private Viewing for private project tours and Major Private Virtual Tour for online project viewing, with staff guiding real-time project tours via VDO Call to ensure the highest safety during COVID-19 under Major's stringent measures that elevate care in every situation.
