Saha Group has laid the foundation stone for the KingBridge Tower office building project under the concept of The Spirit of Synergy, combining forces to achieve success and establishing it as the tallest office building in Thailand on Rama 3 Road.

Saha Capital Tower Co., Ltd., part of Saha Group, has laid the foundation stone for the KingBridge Tower, an iconic office building on Rama 3 Road. This project is designed with a focus on the quality of life for its users, integrating advanced technology and innovation harmoniously with green spaces under the concept of 'The Spirit of Synergy.' The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Boonyasit Chokwatana, Chairman of Saha Group, alongside Mr. Vichai Kulsompop, CEO of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited, and other executives. This project will be the tallest Smart Building office in Thailand on Rama 3 Road, featuring office spaces, co-working areas, meeting rooms, a healthy canteen, vertical gardens, a running track, and a rooftop restaurant. It is designed by A49 Architects and constructed by Thai Obayashi Co., Ltd. Construction has already begun and is expected to be completed in 2024.

"The KingBridge Tower project has chosen Mott Macdonald, a world-renowned engineering consulting firm with numerous achievements, including the design of the Phra Pinklao Bridge, London Heathrow Airport, and the Silicon Valley BART Extension, to collaborate on the building's structural design. This will ensure that the KingBridge Tower becomes a new, prominent, and elegant symbol along the river on Rama 3 Road, thanks to the design by a world-class firm," Mr. Vichai added.

'KingBridge Tower' is a Smart Building office that prioritizes user-friendliness and aims to achieve international standards, including LEED Gold and Fitwel with a maximum of 3 stars. It focuses on enhancing the quality of life for building users and the environment through the concept of Circular Economy, integrating advanced technology and innovation harmoniously with green spaces to ensure that people in the building enjoy convenience, safety, and relaxation in a friendly environment. Features include AI facial recognition systems, EV charging stations, office spaces, co-working areas, meeting rooms, a healthy canteen, vertical gardens, a running track, and a rooftop restaurant that can be transformed into an event space, covering over 85,000 square meters on more than 6 rai of land.

Additionally, this project has partnered with professional experts in various fields, including A49, Thai Obayashi, Stonehenge Inter, SCG, and JLL, among others.

 

The KingBridge Tower project has commenced construction and is expected to be completed in 2024.
